If the order is less than HK$400, the shipping fee will be charged HK$40 per order

Delivery Terms and Condition

• After the order and payment is confirmed, you will receive email notification
• The product will be shipped within 7 working days after the order is confirmed with successful payment
• In case of bad weather, delivery schedule will be delayed
• After the order is shipped, you will receive the shipping number via email to check the delivery status from the official website of SF Express
• Once the order is confirmed, no information including delivery address should be changed. Please contact us if you seek assistance
• CYPRESS BIO-TECH shall not responsible for any delay rescheduling, loss and damage of the delivery due to actual conditions such as traffic, area, weather and other force majeure factors.
